iPass Inc. recently announced the iPass Mobile Security Report 2017, the results of which reveal that 40% of organizations believe that C-level executives, including the CEO, are most at risk of being hacked when working outside of the office. Cafés and coffee shops were ranked the number one high-risk venue by 42% of respondents, from a list also including airports (30%), hotels (16%), exhibition centers (7%) and airplanes (4%).

In other news, Nasdaq, Inc. and Depósito Central de Valores on 25th May announced a new landmark agreement to bolster the technological infrastructure of Chile's central securities depository (CSD).

In contract news, we learn that Rkla Food Ingredients signed a licence agreement with Renaissance BioScience Corp. for acrylamide-reducing yeast technology to food manufacturers in the European Nordic and Baltic markets, starting in Q3 2017.
